Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Esthetic Nurse Injector to join our team. As an Esthetic Nurse, you will be responsible for performing a variety of facial treatments including injections, dermal fillers, microneedling, laser procedures etc. to help the clients achieve their desired cosmetic goals. This role requires precision, expertise and a passion for helping individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations to assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate esthetic procedures and treatments.
- Perform a variety of skincare services, including laser hair removal, IPL, microneedling, RF microneedling etc.
- Perform Neuromodulator injections and dermal fillers
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment plans
- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients throughout all procedure
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and techniques in the industry
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive skincare solutions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and equipment
- Utilize strong communication skills to educate clients on skincare techniques
- Assist with front desk duties when needed, including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries
- Demonstrate proficiency in sales to promote skincare products and services
Skills:
- Proficiency in various beauty treatments and medspa device experience- IPL, LAser hair removal, Morpheus 8, RF devices etc (training can be provided on site to suitable candidate)
- Certification and expertise in dermal fillers and neuromodulators
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Knowledge of makeup/skin care application for post-treatment care
- Strong background in retail sales to recommend skincare products and spa services
- Attention to detail in maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment
- Must hold a valid state RN license
