Babcock Dermatology is a busy medical and surgical dermatology practice offering RF microneedling, CoolPeel, chemical peels, laser hair removal, hydrafacial, PRP and other cosmetic treatments. We are looking for the right person to be our aesthetician!

We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing licensed aesthetician and laser practitioner who will take the initiative to grow the cosmetic portion of our practice. The ideal candidate will hold a laser and esthetician license with at least 2+ year’s experience in a dermatologist or plastic surgeon’s. He/She will be responsible for providing aesthetic consultation and services. This person must have a good work ethic and exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for promoting products and services, constructing cosmetic specials and promotions on social media, working to continually build schedule, and will continually grow in knowledge and skill through seminars, continuing education, and any learning opportunities.

Required:

Active Esthetician License from the GA Board of Cosmetology, Active Assistant/Senior Cosmetic Laser Practitioner License from the GA Medical Composite Board

We're looking for someone who can:

• Self motivation and able to work independently and as a team
• Perform or be willing to learn: hydrafacial, chemical peels, PRP for hair rejuvenation, IPL treatments, RF microneedling, CoolPeel, CoolSculpting, etc
• Sterilize, clean, and maintain equipment according to state regulations
• Educate, recommend, and prepare skin care regimens for clients
• Prepare marketing information for monthly specials
• Organize, prepare and promote beauty events
• Responsible for internal marketing to medical providers and patients
• Posting and marketing on Facebook/Instagram
• Attend outside events to market and promote services and business
• Aim to reach monthly goals
• Maintain licensing and continuing education
• Utilize time management to work within scheduled times
• Administrative duties including answering the phone, phone consults, scheduling appointments, work flow, taking payments, managing aesthetic product inventory
• Help out with PA's and Physicians on the medical aspect of the job as needed

Requirements:

• Active Esthetician License from the GA Board of Cosmetology
Active Assistant or higher Cosmetic Laser Practitioner License from the GA Medical Composite Board (we do check)
• A minimum of 2+ year’s experience as an Aesthetician in a dermatology or plastic surgery office.

Compensation:

$20-$25 per hour base salary based on experience

Additional Percentage of procedure and product sales based on goals met
