Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in esthetic laser treatments and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for performing various laser treatments while ensuring the highest standards of safety and sanitation. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' experiences and helping them achieve their beauty goals.
Duties
- Perform esthetic laser treatments, including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other cosmetic procedures including micro needling, dermaplaning, facials, headspa services
- Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained according to industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare, and expected results to ensure informed decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and positive environment for clients.
- Maintain accurate client records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Support retail sales efforts by recommending appropriate products based on individual client needs.
- Utilize Boulevard software for scheduling appointments and managing client information.
Requirements
- Valid esthetician liscense
- willing to learn, energetic, great attitude
- Experience in esthetic laser treatment is preferred;
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to the beauty industry.
- Experience with retail sales is beneficial for promoting products effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
