Job Classification: Team Member
Pay Structure: Hourly + Bonus
Schedule: PRN with opportunity to increase hours based on demands
Professional Objectives: To deliver aesthetic treatments according to protocols and rituals guaranteeing the ultimate Medi Spa/Spa experience. Providers must portray a professional self-image, master treatment/ product technical knowledge and skills. Medical Providers are expected to invest in self-education to ensure growth.
Position Activities and Responsibilities:
· To perform treatments such as: injectables, lasers, BBL, skin tightening, micro-needling, body contour, wellness, and other procedures as appropriate
· Knowledge and skills to perform all treatments
· Knowledge of professional products
· Knowledge of appropriate consent and treatment protocols
· Interacts cooperatively with other team members to provide a seamless guest experience
· Present a warm, gracious, and professional persona toward guests and co-workers
· Adhere to high professional image standard such as dress, style, language, and lifestyle
· Practice the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentations
· Actively builds repeat clientele
· Recommends treatments and home care
· Designs treatment programs
· Attend and participate in all general and team meetings
· Assist the team whenever asked
· Maintain treatment suites/rooms in compliance with sanitation requirements
· Attend all in-house training and commits to outside continuing education; including but not limited to appropriate state licensure
· Participate in all aspects of marketing/special event planning and execution
· Effectively uses sampling programs as well as tracking results of those samples
· When asked, evaluates potential new team members for medical positions
· Mentor new team members to help them grow and thrive
· Complete daily checklist of cleaning obligations and abides by all county, state, and local laws and regulations regarding sanitation, cleanliness, and safety
· Adheres to work schedule and has good work ethic
· Maintain a positive and professional attitude
· Sets and achieves goals and targets
Desired Qualifications:
· Valid Medical License
· Valid HIPPA and OSHA certifications
· Special skills/Certifications: Injectables, Lasers, IPL, Skin Tightening, and Micro-needling, body contouring, etc.
· Experience with Medi Spa/Spa services
· Excellent communication skills
