Specialists in Plastic Surgery, PA is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our Concierge Team. The Concierge team member is the first point of contact of our practice’s patient experience whether it’s in-person or over the phone. Although surgical results are paramount to patient satisfaction, every person in our office reflects the surgeon and practice and has a direct and meaningful impact on the patient experience. It is important for this team member to understand our patients holistically, have exceptional customer service skills and strive to create a welcoming and professional environment for our patients every time they contact or visit us.
Job Summary:
The primary responsibilities of our Concierge Team are to facilitate the Medical Providers’ office schedule. Ensuring an efficient patient flow by performing general receptionist duties which include; 1) greeting, checking in and checking out all patients, 2) preparing and maintaining all current patient information, 3) explanation of charges and payments, including the patient’s responsibility for covered services, 4) verifying all insurance and demographic information and 5) general administrative office duties associated with the position.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required. Associates degree or higher, strongly preferred.
- Two years of experience in a medical office or similar professional office setting is required.
- Experience in a Plastic Surgery or Aesthetic practice is strongly preferred.
- Background in luxury establishments (i.e. high-end hotels, restaurants, spas) is preferred.

We provide a full range of surgical services in our fully accredited surgical suites, as well as aesthetic services including skin services, injectables and non-invasive fat reduction. Pay Range: The pay range is based upon experience and qualifications.
