Advanced Aesthetics, a premier medical spa, is looking for a dedicated and reliable Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team. Experience is strongly recommended, especially in a Medical Spa / Plastic Surgery setting. Monday - Friday 8:45AM - 5:00PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality before and after photos for patient documentation.
- Room patients and answer general questions
- Assist with filming procedures for educational or marketing purposes.
- Support providers during treatments, including applying numbing cream and preparing for procedures.
- Ensure rooms are properly turned over between appointments.
- Handle inventory, restocking, and laundry to maintain clinic efficiency.
- Perform general tasks to assist clinical staff and maintain clinic order.
What We’re Looking For:
- A reliable and task-oriented individual with strong attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a medical spa or aesthetics setting is highly recommended.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
