We are looking for a eager, consistent person to join our team and stay for a long term commitment. The individual who fills this position will be responsible for greeting customers, answering incoming calls and text, scheduling appointments, handling prescription refills, rooming patients and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate has a pleasant attitude, takes pride in their work and can multi-task. Great company that's growing quickly and needs quality staff with strong customer service in a fast-paced medical setting.
Responsibilities:
- The individual who fills this position will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, handling prescription refills and rooming patients.
- The ideal candidate will be available at least 40 hours per week and has a pleasant attitude and takes pride in their work.
- Greet all customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer or direct phone calls in a timely manner.
- Provide basic medical knowledge to customers.
- Represent professional image of the clinic to patients, clients, and other medical professionals.
- Work as part of a team and communicates well with both patients and co-workers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
