Responsibilities
- Perform consultations with clients for various injectable, skincare, and body services (e.g., dermal fillers, CoolSculpting, facials, Botox, etc.)
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication
- Exceptional time management and hospitality skills
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing/Social Media, and clinical staff (injectors, estheticians, physicians)
- Ensure revenue, conversion, and retention for all client engagements
- Develop and execute long and short-term revenue plans and goals
- Grow existing client base through client re-engagement and networking
- Immense attention to detail and consistent follow-up communication with all clients
- Utilize software (MindBody, HubSpot) to track all communication
- Retail sales experience, preferably in the aesthetics/med spa industry
- Computer literate with Windows, Excel, G-Suite, Mindbody, Shopify and HubSpot experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in sales
- Aesthetics industry experience required
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership, people management, and team building skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
