Front Desk Receptionist at Newly Opening Medical Spa in Easton, PA

We are actively seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist for our new location in Easton, Pennsylvania. This role is the face of our spa, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for clients from their first step in the door to their final departure.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Frontline Customer Service: Greet and welcome clients in a warm, professional, and timely manner, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling through our booking system, ensuring optimal utilization of our team’s time and reducing scheduling conflicts.
- Client Coordination: Maintain clear and friendly communication with clients regarding their appointments, services, and any changes. Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
- Client Check-In/Out: Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, including verifying contact information, collecting payment, and discussing any aftercare instructions or follow-up appointments.
- Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks, including managing client files, handling sensitive information, processing payments, and ensuring all client documentation is up to date.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Provide basic information about IRIYA’s services and products, helping clients make informed decisions or guiding them to the appropriate team member for more detailed consultations.
- Maintain Spa Ambiance: Ensure the reception area and client waiting areas are clean, inviting, and well-organized. Create a positive first impression for clients and contribute to the overall experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, keeping track of products and supplies, and alerting management when replenishment is needed.
- Team Collaboration: Support the spa team in day-to-day operations, ensuring communication is clear between the front desk and clinical team to create a seamless experience for clients.
- Problem-Solving: Handle client concerns and issues with professionalism and courtesy, working to resolve any challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
YOUR EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a medical spa, wellness center, or salon environment. Experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus!
- Customer Service Excellence: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a warm, friendly demeanor. You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and ensuring they have an outstanding experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, team members, and management in a professional manner.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, stay organized, and maintain a calm, focused demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling software, phone systems, and general office technology. Experience with booking systems is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to managing client information, appointments, and ensuring smooth operations.
