Ultimate Medical Center and Spa is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Front Desk personel to join our fast-paced medical center. As our patients' initial point of contact, our Front Desk team plays a vital role in delivering the exceptional Ultimate Experience. We value professionals who provide the utmost courtesy, respect, and customer service to ensure a positive patient journey.

Duties

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries

- Checkin and checkout patients and charge patients and customers as needed.

- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary

- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

- Manage calendars

- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and photocopying

- Assist with insurance verification

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Qualifications

- Previous experience working in a medical office and with e-clinical work software (ECW)

- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with computerized scheduling systems

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong verbal and written communication skills English and Spanish

- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality

- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
