Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Product Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training on our SKIN GYM products . This role requires a passion for the beauty industry and the ability to effectively communicate product knowledge to various audiences, including retail staff and clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions for team, and retailers, buyers and associates .
Develop training materials that effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Provide hands-on training.
Collaborate with the accounts team to enhance retail sales techniques related to product offerings.
Assess training effectiveness and make improvements as necessary based on feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and new products to ensure training is relevant and impactful.

Skills

Experience in retail sales with a strong understanding of customer engagement.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
Ability to create engaging product demos that capture attention and facilitate learning.
Esthetician License Preferred.
Position is FREELANCE and Remote .
