Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Product Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training on our SKIN GYM products . This role requires a passion for the beauty industry and the ability to effectively communicate product knowledge to various audiences, including retail staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions for team, and retailers, buyers and associates .
- Develop training materials that effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Provide hands-on training.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to enhance retail sales techniques related to product offerings.
- Assess training effectiveness and make improvements as necessary based on feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new products to ensure training is relevant and impactful.
Skills
- Experience in retail sales with a strong understanding of customer engagement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to create engaging product demos that capture attention and facilitate learning.
- Esthetician License Preferred.
- Position is FREELANCE and Remote .
