Position Overview:

The Remote Medical Scheduling Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating patient appointments, ensuring smooth operations for both patients and healthcare providers. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with scheduling software.

Key Responsibilities:

· Scheduling and managing appointments for no-shows, cancellations, and incomplete visits.

· Overseeing pending patients and tracking device shipments.

· Assisting patients with device setup through phone calls.

· Conducting end-of-day reporting and appointment reminders.

· Performing insurance eligibility checks.

Qualifications:

· Education:

o High School Diploma – required

o Some College - preferred

· Experience:

o 2 years of experience as a medical receptionist or medical scheduler

· Skills:

o Proficient in medical terminology

o Strong organizational skills

o Excellent customer service

o Keen attention to detail

o Experience with both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
