GameDay Men's Health is hiring a Medical Assistant for our Destin, FL location. The position is ideal for someone interested in being a part of a pioneering health program designed for men.

The Medical Assistant will be responsible for, and have experience in the following areas:

- Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients

- Injections (Testosterone, Gonadorelin, B12 and other vitamins)

- Checking patient vitals and recording in EMR

- Ensuring all lab results are input into patient charts

- Assisting medical providers with patient care

- Greeting patients. Answering phone calls. Check In/Check out patients as needed

- Assisting in lab operations

- Maintaining accurate records in EMR and adhering to all HIPAA Protocols.

- Scheduling appointments

- Check in/Check out patients

- Ensuring all patient information is recorded in EMR

Qualifications: Experience in a related field, such as general practice, med spas, urology, family practice, lab, endocrinology is preferred. Medical Terminology knowledge.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

- Valid Medical Assistant Certification

- Valid BLS Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
