Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Aesthetician/Esthetician to join our team at Premier IV & Wellness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and beauty services, providing exceptional guest experiences, and promoting product knowledge.

As a Cryo Tech Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in administering an array of innovative cryotherapy treatments. Beyond the service, your role will intertwine with sales, education, and ensuring the highest standards of guest experience.
In addition to Cryo Therapy, we are looking to expand our esthetic services to include a variety of facial and body treatments including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and body wraps.

Your Day-to-Day Duties:

Deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Administer treatments including but not limited to cryotherapy, cryo facials, cryo boob lifts, cryo butt lifts, and cellulite removal.
Give insightful tours to potential clients.
Enlighten guests on the myriad benefits of our services. - Drive sales of products, memberships, and packages.
Represent Premier IV’s cryotherapy treatments at external events and collaborations.
Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance.
Actively engage in social media promotion during shifts and support marketing campaigns

Essential Duties:

Seamlessly intertwine education with service provision.
Drive sales and meet both individual and team targets.
Manage appointments efficiently to maximize productivity.
Adherence to company protocols and guidelines.
Continual learning about the evolving world of cryotherapy.
Support in all facets of spa operations as directed by management.

Qualifications:

Must hold a valid Esthetician license in the state of Texas.
At least 2 years of experience in a spa or related setting.
Experience with dermal fillers is a plus.
Strong sales skills with a focus on retail sales.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Retail experience.
Authorization to work in the US without any future sponsorship requirements

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
