VSPOT is a women's intimate health spa dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding women's intimate health. We empower women to take control of their intimate sexual wellness through education and cutting-edge, minimally invasive treatments.

Located right by Union Square, we are in the heart of one of New York's thriving epicenters and are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team and grow with us.

We are looking for a full time coordinator who is also available Saturdays. Your role will be to coordinate and assist in all spa business operations, including:

Answering phones and making calls (Knowledge of Ring Central is a plus)
Ensuring client satisfaction
Booking (Vagaro proficient preferred)
Updating weekly inventory list
Assisting in training new employees
Sending emails and marketing promotions
Maintaining the lobby and treatment rooms clean

Experience is preferred for the following:

Reception in a doctors office / Medi-Spa is preferred (2 years)
Worked in fast-paced environment
Proficient in POS (vagaro), marketing software (hubspot), Phone/Voip and general computer Skills
High-end clientele experience(1-2years)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
