We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and creativity, as you will be responsible for performing various aesthetic services, promoting products, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality aesthetic services including hydro facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and esthetic laser treatments.
Engage with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client testimonials, and showcase your work.
Deliver excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client comfort throughout their visit.
Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the salon or spa environment.

Qualifications

Valid aesthetician license in accordance with NM state regulations.
Proven experience in guest services within a beauty or wellness setting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Experience in social media management is a plus.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
