We are seeking a skilled and professional Licensed Aesthetician to join our dynamic Medical Dermatology office. The ideal candidate will not only have a passion for esthetic treatments but will also demonstrate excellent customer service and front desk skills, ensuring smooth patient interactions and clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, such as HydraFacial, Chemical Peels, IPL, and Micro-Needling (additional training provided as needed)
Provide consultations, effectively communicate with clients, and recommend appropriate treatments
Maintain a clean and organized working environment
Assist with outreach, including patient follow-ups, promotions, and community events
Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing patient inquiries
Greet patients, check them in and out, and ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: 2 years in customer service or aesthetic treatments
License/Certification: Esthetician License
Previous experience with medical dermatology or aesthetic treatments is a plus
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
