Medical Aesthetician Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients to assess skin care needs and develop an ideal regimen.
Skin treatments and procedures.
Disinfection of equipment and treatment room.
Aromatherapy equipment and techniques.
Microdermabrasion techniques and equipment.
Chemical peels techniques and equipment.
Facials techniques and equipment.
Operate the Hydrafacial device and related equipment
Devise new marketing strategies and promotions
Attend community/marketing events with Practice Manager
All other roles and responsibilites that pertain to the Medical Aesthetician position, as indicated and trained by current office and management staff.

Medical Receptionist Responsibilities:

Communicate with patients on the Urgent Care/Primary Care side to understand patient concerns
Collaborate with existing medical staff to ensure quality of care for each patient
Answer incoming phone calls and communicate with patients to resolve any concerns
Contact patients to coordinate authorizations, appointments, lab results, insurance information, etc.
Greet patients at check-in window and collect demographic information, patient documentation, and copayment.
Bring patients to the room and conduct basic vitals and chief complaint
Check-out patients and scan pertinent documentation to patient chart
All other roles and responsibilites that pertain to the Medical Receptionist position, as indicated and trained by current office and management staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
