Oulmas Paris Aesthetics is seeking a passionate and motivated Medical Assistant/Esthetician Assistant to join our dynamic team on an as-needed basis. If you're eager to grow your skills in a busy, high-end medical spa and support a renowned esthetician, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

About the Role:

Hours: 8-32 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and/or Friday)
Location: Fairfax, VA (near Mosaic District)
Schedule Flexibility: Role will evolve based on clinic needs; ideal for those seeking hands-on experience in the field

Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for aesthetic treatments, including applying and removing topical numbing cream
Assist in facilitating smooth patient flow and supporting the provider during treatments
Operate and report from LED skin analysis machine
Record content during treatments for social media use
Take before-and-after photos for patient records and case studies
Book appointments and follow up with patients to solicit reviews
Provide professional, compassionate patient care

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge in aesthetics, dermatology, or related fields
Strong communication skills with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and cared for
Experience in hospitality or a passion for concierge-level service
Comfortable with taking photos and videos for social media
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
