As a Medical Assistant, you play a direct role in enhancing the lives of our patients each day.

Requirements:

Certification as Medical Assistant or Registered as Medical Assistant.
COVID –19 Vaccination or approved exemption status

Responsibilities:
Works as part of the front and/or back office to ensure clients are seen promptly.

Obtain vitals and urinalysis
Set up sterile trays
Phlebotomy experienced preferred.
Makes appointments for clients to see physician and nurse practitioner, provide lab work and referrals for additional follow up care.
Maintain and keep updated all medical records and documentation pertaining to the clients.
Purchasing and ordering of medical supplies.
Educates clients about procedures as well as side effects and provides education to clients on lab results and all medical matters.
Assists Office Manager with front desk duties.
