This role is a key role within Body Details, focusing on driving aesthetic sales at both out lake Mary , orlando and davonport , Kissimmee establishing grassroots leads, and networking.The role requires a deep understanding of the aesthetic industry and a proactive approach to establishing and maintaining relationships.

Duties:

Develop and implement effective consultative sales strategies to promote aesthetic services.
Conduct cold calls, proactively generate leads and effectively convert those leads into sales to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
Actively network with internal and external clients to maximize business relationships and identify new leads.
Develop and execute grassroots marketing strategies to generate leads and promote Body Details services.
Utilize community engagement and local events to create interest and awareness of Body Details services.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive and satisfying experience for Body Details’ clients.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in consultative sales, within the med spa or aesthetic industry highly preferred.
Reach monthly sales goals including conversion rate and average sales targets.
Strong network and relationships skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to travel to both Body Details’ centers in West Palm Beach and Boynton Beach.
