Receptionist & supervisor experience required.

What we are looking for in a Spa Assistant:
Someone who works well with a busy, high volume environment with the utmost professionalism.
Requires evenings & weekends. This is a leadership position in which we need someone who is not afraid to support the staff in their needs, make decisions and help lead the team in a positive manner.

Job Description:

Accurately booking appointments
Checking in and checking out clients with exceptional customer service
Answering phones
Assisting in supply inventory and ordering
Leading staff
Assisting nail technicians in inventory
Cleaning spa (keeping spa immaculate, cleaning pedi chairs, sweeping, laundry)
Key holder/supervisor position (opening and closing spa)
Must be available to work at both locations
