Part Time Position Available

Part Time / 5 - 10 Hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

$17 – $20 Per clocked hour + Tips & Bonus’
Paid Time off after 12 months (starts accruing on day one, can be used after 12 months, time off increases with tenure) Available for full & part time employees

Working in a new state of the art facility

Requirements:

Minimum of two years relevant, on-the-job, experience
Satisfy all licensing requirements to perform services in the state of FL
Enjoys their job and loves helping guests to feel their very best, providing a unique experience each and every time
Responsible for performing 75 - 90 minute facials and body treatments, and brows and lash services
Responsible for maintaining State Board compliance and keeping accurate and complete records
Is capable of following La Chíc Bohème treatment procedures consistently without deviation from protocols
Educates guests on the benefits of services performed and recommends appropriate retail products
Consistently explain, recommend and sell La Chíc Bohème products
Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests
Achieve Personal and Team Goals
Perform services, including but not limited to: Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, brow lamination, lash lifts
Demonstrate expert skills with La Chíc Bohème foot soaks, facials, and body treatments.
Capable of providing quiet, relaxing atmosphere for guests during services with very minimal conversation
Professional Personality and Appearance
Adheres to Dress Code Policy
Reliable with good time management skills
Desire and ability to learn and grow
Must successfully complete La Chíc Bohème training program.
Is a steward of the La Chíc Bohème brand and standards.
