About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Director of Social Media & Campaign Performance to help grow robust and engaging online ecosystems for a variety of clients on Meta platforms.
This role will collaborate with assigned clients, the Art Director, Reels Specialist, Project Management, and Content Creation teams to develop and implement high-quality campaigns for clients across industries, including but not limited to healthcare, tourism, commerce, and retail.
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with an analytical and strategic approach to social media management who supports a results-driven team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support an enthusiastic team of content creators.
- Communicate regularly with clients to meet content expectations and increase engagement on social media platforms.
- Build and optimize new client ad accounts and Meta pages.
- Develop client content calendars and target audiences.
- Lead the creative content development process.
- Monitor and adhere to client ad spend budgets.
- Oversee client pages and platforms on Facebook and Instagram.
- Interpret campaign analytics and metrics via Meta ads reporting.
- Conduct social listening and respond when appropriate.
- Schedule and boost content on Meta Business Suite.
- Build ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager.
- Coach clients on best practices and strategies to achieve optimal results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, or a related field or 2–5 years of practical work experience in social media management, content development, and project management.
- Demonstrated core copywriting skills and familiarity with AP style.
- Ability to navigate Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience developing and executing social media campaigns.
- Creativity, strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
- Knowledge of social media analytics, reports, and metrics.
- Proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of current social media trends and best practices preferred.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Asana is a plus.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Canva is a plus, but not required.
This is a full-time hybrid role (based in Cleveland, Tennessee, with flexibility for remote work). Occasional travel to client locations for content creation is required.
