Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Studio Manager to run the studio during provider trainings and ensure the smooth operation of our studio. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen understanding of studio management. This role is pivotal in creating an engaging environment for both employees and clients while overseeing daily operations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee studio operations during trainings, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Be available for 2-3 Sundays each month from ~8AM - 6PM
- Maintain organized records of inventory management, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
- Collaborate with trainers to enhance customer experience and drive studio performance.
- Greet all clients and ensure they are comfortable and signed in. Help troubleshoot any technical issues and assist them in checking in.
- Set up and break down the training space. Move medical chairs, set up inventory, and assist in printing/binding training materials.
- Support in any ad-hoc task as needed
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role within a retail or service-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with POS or EHR systems and inventory management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and clients.
- A background in aesthetics is a plus but not mandatory.
