We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of aesthetic services, educating clients on skincare products, and promoting a positive experience in our facility.
Duties
- Perform skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments based on individual client needs.
- Administer various aesthetic services including facials, Microneedling, Chemical peels
- Demonstrate product usage and benefits through engaging product demos.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics, including dermal fillers and tattooing techniques.
- Assist in social media management by creating content that showcases treatments and client transformations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and services effectively.
Requirements
- Valid aesthetician license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Experience in product demos, sales, and customer service is highly desirable..
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needS.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and client demands.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.75 - $27.40 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
