This role requires a blend of technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently. More than three years of experience and RN Degree required.
Duties
- Administer Botulinum toxin treatments in accordance with safety protocols and best practices.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries, and processing payments.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
- Build strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the aesthetic field to provide exceptional service.
Skills
- Skill and knowledge of neuromodulators Botox.
- Skill and knowledge to learn Laser treatments.
- Knowledge and skill in IV Hydration.
- Skill Weight Loss and use Semaglutide.
- Experience in a med spa setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively promote products and services.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to aesthetic services.
- A proactive approach to learning new techniques and enhancing service offerings.
