Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operating Room Manager to oversee operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a passion for providing exceptional care to individuals within the aesthetics space. This role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring that all staff members are supported in delivering high-quality services while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Duties
Manage and oversight of the operating suite including, but not limited to the following:
- functioning as a registered nurse in the operating room space
- PreOp/PACU RN coverage
- scheduling operating room staff and anesthesia coverage
- purchasing and maintaining appropriate par levels of supplies, implants, and pharmaceuticals
- coordinating and creating contracts with biomedical engineering, biomedical waste, medical gas, and supply vendors
- continuously working in conjunction with the surgical technician to maintain sterile techniques across the department, especially within the sterile processing department
- creating and developing policies and procedures that maintain the good standing of the clinic in order to keep the patients and the staff safe
- managing all internal functions of the operating room while continuing to help grow the practice
- maintaining QuadA certification for the operating room by completing audits and daily/monthly checks
- general oversight of other clinical operations, including the Medical Assistant.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong skills in lifting, catheterizing, IV infusion, airway management, IV insertion, basic life support, venipuncture, and monitoring vital signs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with staff and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating initiative.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and training for both self and team members.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
