Job Summary:
As a Business Developer at Hudson Ophthalmology, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and nurturing customer relationships to enhance the organization's market presence.
Duties:
- Collaborate with us to develop and execute strategic plans for business development.
- Identify potential clients and key stakeholders to expand the organization's client base.
- Utilize software tools, including Salesforce, for efficient tracking and management of sales activities.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities to capitalize on business opportunities.
- Engage in customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee project management aspects related to business development initiatives.
- Drive sales efforts by promoting services and products offered by Hudson Ophthalmology.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Social Media Development
- Strong strategic planning skills
- Excellent negotiation skills m
- Demonstrated project management capabilities in executing business projects.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management( CRM) principles to maintain strong client relationships.
- Understanding of the cosmetics and Beauty industry is a must .

Pay: $44,230.34 - $53,266.64 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
