Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in aesthetic medicine and procedures, who is excited to join our fun, energetic and professional team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for enhancing the well-being and confidence of our clients.
This role involves providing high-quality aesthetic care, various cosmetic procedures, and ensuring patient satisfaction through personalized treatment plans all while ensuring all services are safe, effective, and up to our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Adopt the mission and brand of Sterling Asthetics to develop long lasting client relationships and superb aesthetic results.
- To work in a supportive, fun, professional and "teamwork" centric environment.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on the patients aesthetic needs, preferences and goals.
- Perform aesthetic procedures such as injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), laser treatments (if/when certified), and skin rejuvenation techniques.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and provide ongoing support throughout their aesthetic journey.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in aesthetic medicine and be willing to learn and grow as the aesthetics industry evolves.

Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted Nurse or Nurse Practitioner VT license.
- Minimum of one year of experience in aesthetics or cosmetic injectables preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality care.
- Passion for aesthetic medicine, skincare, and helping clients achieve their goals.
