Longevity Aesthetics and Laser Spa in Oklahoma City specializes in products, advanced anti-aging techniques, regenerative/functional medicine, and non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
We are looking to add a highly motivated Sales and Reception Beauty Concierge to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Check clients in and out while assuring the highest level of patient satisfaction
- Consult and educate prospective patients on products
- Engage and respond to inquiries via email, social media, phone, and face-to-face product consultations with current and potential patients from initial inquiry to follow-up after care
- Provide treatment scheduling support
- Represent the organization with a positive and professional image in all levels of operation, internal and public
- Book appointments from calls and leads
- Act as a liaison between the Patient and the Providers
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in the sales field - preferably in the beauty industry
- Candidate must possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance, with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent written, comprehension, and verbal communication skills
- Highly accurate and detail oriented with strong organization skills
- Possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
- An energetic, reliable, and flexible individual with outstanding interpersonal skills
