Responsibilities:
Sell the value of services to clients when they visit Bodenvy Med Spa for their consultations. Presenting different options to close sales and acquire new customers. Drive sales to hit monthly targets. Responsible for following up with leads and clients to renew their interest in service offerings. We are a marketing savvy business that generates inbound leads daily thru SEO, PPC, SM, direct mail and more.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Drive sales and hit monthly targets based on a variety of metrics set by the company.
· Present multiple financing options to close sales and acquire customers
· Cross promotion of new services/treatments.
· Comprehensive knowledge of all service offerings.
· Maintains relationships with all current and previous clients.
· Builds strong client rapport.
· Demonstrates ethical sales practices.
· Sends out marketing material to clients.
· Builds self-generated client base.
· Maintains detailed notes
· Follows all company protocols, policies and procedures.
· Works collaboratively with our team to ensure premier client experience.
· Assist Technicians with front desk and helping get clients started on treatments
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of successful negotiations
· Ability to multitask, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision making, analytical and follow-up skills
· Ability to complete 4-8 sales presentations a day· High school degree or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
· Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (Mindbody, MS Office Suite, Hubspot, etc.)
· Experienced negotiator and strong closer. Please do not apply if you need TO's to close your deals.
· Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets.
· Extensive and successful commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
· High volume sales experience.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong phone skills.
· Must be a self-starter.
· Compelling interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), strong ability to influence/ build rapport.
· Must maintain a high attention to detail.
· Experience with working with financing & lenders.
· MUST HAVE HAD LONG TERM SALES POSITIONS - We are looking for a long term team member.

- 10am - 7pm - 5 days per week
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
