Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Medical Assistant to join our team! This role focuses primarily on supporting the med spa side of the business, with occasional involvement in our primary care clinic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, outstanding customer service skills, and a willingness to grow with our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, scheduling, and answering phones.
- Rooming patients, taking vitals, and ensuring a smooth patient flow.
- Turning over treatment rooms between appointments and setting up for procedures.
- Assisting the provider during aesthetic treatments and procedures.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation
- Knowledge of medical procedures, equipment, and instruments
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Educating patients about services, products, and post-treatment care.
- Supporting sales efforts by discussing treatment options and promoting products/services.
- Delivering top-tier customer service to ensure a welcoming and positive patient experience.
- Additional duties as assigned, including potential involvement in primary care clinic operations.

Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant certification or relevant experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a patient-focused approach.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Spanish-speaking is preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team player mindset.

Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
