Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses to determine clients' individual skincare needs and goals
- Provide a variety of aesthetic treatments, such as facials, chemical peels, etc. in a safe and comfortable manner
- Educate clients about skincare products and recommend appropriate at-home skincare routines for optimal results
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including consistent sterilization of tools and equipment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in skincare technology to enhance your knowledge and skills
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized care
Requirements:
- A valid Florida license as an Esthetician
- Proven experience as a licensed esthetician, preferably in a medical aesthetics setting
- In-depth knowledge of skincare principles, products, and treatments
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and various skin conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively listen to clients' needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
