Job Description:
We are seeking a high energy, bubbly professional and customer-focused individual to join our front desk reception team as a Medical Spa Front Desk Concierge. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth front office operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for the organization, providing exceptional service to all visitors and callers
- Manage schedules for clients and providers, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently
- Sell consultation, memberships, retail products, treatment packages, and monthly marketing promotions, actively engaging with potential clients over the phone and in person to drive sales
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to approved dress code by management
- Ensure the reception area and retail items are clean, neat, stocked, and organized at all times
- Process payment transactions, including cash, check, credit card, gift cards, and gift certificates
- Check in and check out clients, providing a warm welcome and efficient service
- Provide new clients with a tour of the spa before their service, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed
- Monitor and immediately follow-up with client leads from the customer relationship management system, emails, texts, direct messages and voicemails
- Manage multi-line phone system and assigned daily work flow
- Well versed in aesthetic treatments offered including neurotoxins, fillers, PDO threads, lasers, RF micro needling, ultrasound face lifts, body contouring, medical weight loss, bioidentical hormone therapy, HydraFacial’s, and sexual wellness
- Create a positive, productive team environment
- Use entrepreneurial spirit to acquire new clientele and retain current clientele
- Help the team by creating interesting posts on social media, making attractive videos, and leading efforts to make Still Well Med Spa even more visible
- Support providers including, if needed, during aesthetic medical procedures
- Assist in all areas of the medical spa operation, as necessary, to support the team and owners
Qualifications:
- A minimum one year of medical spa experience preferred
- Professional, fashion-forward, and polished presentation
- Bubbly, cheerful and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Experience with an upscale clientele
- Excellent attention to customer service with a pleasant and positive demeanor
- Sales-focused with a passion for beauty and skincare
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Prior experience with an electronic health records system, a medical spa medical records and booking software, and a customer relationship management system a plus
- Retail merchandising experience preferred
