Summary
The Guest Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to every guest, from the moment they call or walk through the door. They ensure accurate scheduling, timely services, and represent VIO Med Spa’s core values in all interactions. This role supports the sales process and administrative duties while maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.

Primary Responsibilities
- Reflect VIO Med Spa’s core values in every interaction
- Drive sales and achieve targets for promotions, services, and treatment launches
- Greet guests, answer phone calls, and provide superior guest service
- Gather and accurately record guest information and complete necessary paperwork
- Schedule guest services, manage appointments, and reschedule cancellations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the lobby area
- Accurately record and bill treatments, applying discounts, rewards points, and special offers
- Confirm appointments, review health policies, and provide accurate service information
- Respond to emails and voice messages promptly
- Assist guests with contraindications by offering suitable alternatives
- Perform general administrative duties and maintain retail product displays
- Complete opening and closing procedures and checklists
- Support the Spa Manager with assigned tasks

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
