We are looking for a highly motivated Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our team! We strive to be experts in our field and in the aesthetic community. We offer advanced, effective treatment in a patient-centered environment offering services including neurotoxin, HA filler, biostimulatory injections, microneedling, laser treatments, and more! We also offer wide selection of medical grade skincare products to match each patient’s individual skin concerns and goals.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient needs and develop aesthetic treatment plans, services and recommend skin care products during patient consultations to ensure all patient aesthetic goals are met.
- Perform any and all neurotoxin and filler injections according to the compliance standards and delegation orders of practice set forth by the Company and state law.
- Engage in training peers and new hires on services, guidelines and company expectations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting of each patient’s medical records in regard to all treatments administered.
- Assist with maintaining an appropriate inventory by communicating to management of inventory needs and inventory counts.
- Maintain an elite, clean and organized work/treatment areas throughout the location.
- Self-promote and engage in all company owned social media platforms created and with assistance of the Marketing department.
- Attend continuing education as requested by clinical management to excel in various skillsets.
- Attend and provide input at all team meetings organized by your direct supervisor.
- Maintain strict client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a professional neat appearance that adheres to the Company's dress code.
- Maintain a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation to ensure our patients and company's needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- 1+ years aesthetic/cosmetic injectable experience preferred.
- Ability to connect with patient’s and asses their needs
- Knowledge and passion for the aesthetic industry
- Current/Valid State of Minnesota Nursing License.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to self-promote and engage in company social media with relation to meeting social media guidelines and expectations.
- Must have sound judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills, be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
