We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services effectively. We are looking for someone who has experience with:
- Social media marketing – creating ad campaigns
- Can film and edit videos to create creative and engaging content on social media (examples of content we are looking to make include @beautyboostmedspa, @rumaaesthetics, @injectorbunny)
- Ability to use Canva or other design/editing programs
- Can write and manage a blog
- Build business 2 business relations
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Utilize various channels such as print advertising, digital marketing, and E-commerce, to reach target audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create integrated marketing strategies.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and optimize future marketing efforts.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
- Attend booth pop-up events to generate leads
- Follow-up with new qualified leads for the medical spa
- Contact and convert new leads from ads, spa events, and community events
- Light guest receptionist and call management duties

Here is what we are looking for:
- Ability to create compelling, creative, entertaining, scroll stopping videos and graphics
- Experience in effective marketing
- Marketing degree or similar
- A professional who is highly motivated, with great communication and leadership skills.
- A self-managed and goal-oriented person with passion and dedication
- A person who is able to work part time to full time with some weekends
- An experienced marketing professional with impeccable knowledge of marketing, call management, lead conversion, and quality customer service
- Strong research skills to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
- Strong sales skills. Experience in sales or collaborating with sales teams is a plus.
- Comfortable with public speaking and representing our brand and services during live and virtual events.

Base pay of $18/hr, plus with commission and performance bonuses the compensation can add up to $25+ hr.
This position is for a W2 employee that will exclusively market for our company. We are not looking for marketing agencies, 1099s, or freelancers.
