Job Overview: As a skilled provider and injector, you will play a key role in offering high-quality aesthetic treatments to our clients. Expertise in procedures such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, medical weight loss, and hormone replacement therapy is essential. In this role, sales performance is crucial, and you'll be expected to meet and exceed sales goals by building strong client relationships and offering personalized treatment plans that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer aesthetic injections and treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
- Experience or interest in learning additional procedures, such as PDO threads, Ultherapy, hormone replacement, and medical weight loss.
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients' aesthetic goals and design tailored, long-term treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records, track treatment progress, and ensure patient safety.
- Provide exceptional, friendly service and create a welcoming, safe environment.
- Stay informed on the latest techniques and industry trends.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
- Drive revenue growth by promoting services, upselling treatments, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Florida.
- Proven experience in administering a range of aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain treatments clearly to clients.
- A sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
