PLASTIC SURGERY FRONT DESK COORDINATOR
Exciting opportunity to work in a medical and spa environment. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and organized individual to coordinate front desk activities and act as receptionist for a fast paced, prominent Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa practice. The Front Office Coordinator will provide superior customer service and strengthen the patient experience.
Must have strong customer service/sales experience, be computer literate (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with good keyboarding skills, detail oriented, possess excellent communication skills (including editing and writing ability) and have the ability to effectively sustain multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Will be the first face of the practice (on the phone and in-person) and responsible for greeting patients with a smile and making all patients feel welcome. Will also be accountable for managing the front desk, making/confirming appointments, triage of calls, checking patients in/out, filing, chart organization, as well as other special projects.
This position is a customer service role, as well as an administrative support role for all new and existing patients in the practice. Must have a professional presentation that is representative of our upscale practice and also be a team player that thrives in a service environment.
Experience:
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Medical office experience in the areas of Plastic Surgery or Dermatology preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- Will consider experience in hospitality industry
