Job Title: Medical Esthetician / Laser Technician
Location: Dogwood Face & Body - Waxhaw, NC
Position: Part-Time (with potential to transition to Full-Time)

As we expand, we’re looking for a talented and motivated Medical Esthetician/Laser Technician to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
As a Medical Esthetician/Laser Technician at Dogwood Face & Body, you will:
- Perform facials, chemical peels, and other aesthetic treatments
- Provide non-invasive face and body contouring services
- Conduct laser treatments (experience preferred but not required; training available)
- Serve as a patient liaison, providing a personalized, patient-centered experience
- Assist with front desk responsibilities, including appointment scheduling and patient check-in
- Sell memberships and skincare products to clients, tailoring recommendations to meet their individual skincare goals
- Contribute to social media content, showcasing treatments, products, and specials
- Build strong relationships with clients, offering excellent customer service and ensuring satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Licensed Esthetician in North Carolina
- Laser Certification
- Experience with facials, chemical peels, and non-invasive body contouring
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to sell skincare products and memberships, with a consultative and client-first approach
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a dynamic, patient-focused environment
- Social media savvy, with experience promoting aesthetic services and engaging with followers
- Team player with a passion for aesthetics and wellness
- Availability for part-time hours, with potential for full-time as the position grows
