Pearl Medical Aesthetics is fast paced and growing boutique medical aesthetic clinic located in the heart of downtown Boise. We offer a full scope of comprehensive, medical and traditional aesthetic treatments, through highly trained and educated providers. We are expanding our team and treatment offerings.
We are seeking a talented, motivated, self starting, energetic and experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector. Our ideal candidate must have a significant interest medical aesthetics, predominantly in Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, and Aesthetic Laser Treatments. A thorough understanding and experience with the consultation, and evaluation process, leading to treatment planning and recommendation is a plus. This person will need to be excellent in communicating treatments, pre/post care for each provided treatment, charting, as well as communicating with our medical director and other staff members.

Responsibilities:
- Provide consultations, evaluations, assessments and treatment plans to our clients and patients
- Perform facial injectable’s, including Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, Bio-Stimulators, PRP/PRF, among new additional injectable treatments
- Perform laser treatments such as: Laser Hair Removal, IPL/Photofacials, Laser Skin Resurfacing
- Suggest/sell home use skin care products
- Follow up with recently treated clients and patients.
- Charting/documentation of all treatments.
- Collaborate with Medical Director to ensure ethical and quality of care to our clients and patients.
Qualifications
- RN License (required)
- Previous experience in medical aesthetics and cosmetic injectables (1-2yrs)
- Knowledge of laser physics, and aesthetic laser applications (1-2yrs)
- Proficiency in EMR and charting systems
- Knowledge of medical and professional grade skin care
- Must be comfortable interacting with clients and patients directly
- Ability to grow and retain clients and patients consistently
- Knowledge of the aging process, general skin care disorders and treatment planning
- Effective communication with patients and ability to defuse issues or concerns if they arise
- Organized and self managed
- Excellent communication skills
