Award Winning Plastic Surgery and Med Spa Practice is seeking a professional, motivated, detail oriented Aesthetician/Patient Experience Coordinator. This is a full-time position for Monday – Friday. The Aesthetician/Patient Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering elective services to patients, working under the direction of the Patient Experience Supervisor. This role involves providing high-quality aesthetic treatments, educating patients on their treatment plans, and ensuring patient satisfaction with services and products. The Aesthetician/Patient Experience Coordinator will embody a sales-oriented mindset while promoting CARE services, products, and membership. This position is integral to fostering patient loyalty and ensuring ongoing patient engagement with CARE. The Aesthetician/Patient Experience Coordinator’s primary responsibility will be check-in/check-out during the first 90 days. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about aesthetics, exceptional patient care, and providing white-glove service to help individuals look and feel their best.
JOB TITLE: Aesthetician/Patient Experience Coordinator
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
· Welcome and greet patients, generate invoices, and process payments.
· Answer multiple phone lines and screen incoming calls in a professional manner.
· Perform “start of day” and “end of day” duties.
· Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person, online, by text or by telephone.
· Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
· Assist in online promotions, ideas and leads
· Maintain professional and neat appearance per the CARE dress code.
· Ensure exceptional patient experiences through personalized, high-quality aesthetic treatments.
· Assist in membership sales, product sales, and membership outreach initiatives.
· Support in outreach to leads and converting existing patients/clients of CARE to the CARE membership.
· Learn and demonstrate adequate knowledge of company med spa products and services within the first 90 days.
· Conduct consultations and VISIA skin analyses to recommend tailored skincare treatments.
· Provide medical grade facial treatments and services that address skincare, aging, and skin health concerns.
· Advise, educate, and promote CARE treatments for each patient’s specific needs.
· Determine patient aesthetic goals and recommend products and services accordingly.
· Educate clients on alternate and complementary lines of services and products offered at CARE (including injectable and laser services, minimally invasive and surgical services).
· Coordinate communication to patients regarding their skin care treatment plan, product usage, or home care instructions.
· Maintain accurate patient records detailing all treatments, elective products, medical history, and educational materials received.
· Prepare, stock, and maintain aesthetic treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with OSHA standards.
· Maintain inventory of aesthetic supplies and work with Building Manager to order product and supplies as needed.
· Clean, sterilize, and prepare instruments.
· Assist other providers and clinical team members as needed.
· Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
· Participate and attend training/educational programs and staff meetings.
· Maintain a valid aesthetician license, as well as any other necessary licensure, in accordance with state regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
· Comprehensive knowledge of medical-grade skin treatments and products, including facials, peels, and laser treatments.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
· Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
· Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
· Effective problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in basic computer skills and Electronic Medical Records.
· Prior CoolSculpting experience highly preferred.
· Other preferred experience: DiamondGlow, microneedling, Tetra CoolPeel, VISIA skin imaging, dermaplaning, and chemical peels.
