Our Medispa is Memphis’ premier medispa and has been voted top 3 Medspa’s in Memphis every year we have been open! We are a luxury and fast-paced Medical-Spa practice located in East Memphis seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join expanding team. This individual should have at least 3-5+ years of Laser and Medical Aesthetician experience. Looking for an individual that wants to grow with the company and make this a career for themselves!! Position Summary:
With our continued growth and success, we are excited to hire a full-time Esthetician to join our dynamic treatment team in Memphis, TN. Our company is medically-based, so as the Medical Esthetician, you will help our clients achieve the aesthetic results they’ve always wanted while providing them with excellent patient care in a calm, spa-like environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all laser treatments within established treatment protocols
- Educate patients on laser and other equipment procedures and processes and pre/post treatment care recommendation.
- Ensure professional clean work environment; to include prepping the treatment room in between patients
- Clean and perform minor maintenance on laser and other machines to ensure proper functionality
- Collaborate with Nurse Manager and Medical Director, as needed, regarding patient treatment plans
Requirements:
- Current Esthetician license that is in good standing
- Licensed as a Assistant Laser Practitioner
- Passionate about providing excellent patient care
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week, including Saturdays
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Be able to work from 10a-7p T- Th and 10a-5p Fridays, 10a-3p Saturdays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
