This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for supporting our providers, ensuring the smooth turnover of treatment rooms, and managing front desk responsibilities, including phone operations and client check-ins and check-outs.

Your Role

✨ Phone Call Connoisseur: Answer incoming calls with a cheerful voice and provide information about our services, helping clients choose the perfect treatments.
✨ Check-In/Check-Out Champion: Smoothly handle check-ins and check-outs, making sure every client’s visit is as easy and enjoyable as possible.
✨ Beauty Brainiac: Assist our skilled practitioners with treatments, ensuring every procedure is as smooth as a freshly exfoliated cheek.

3 day work weeks & long weekends off at REV allow you to live your best life outside of work!
We have two positions available
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8:00am-9:00pm
Or
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00am-9:00pm
Both positions require every other Saturday 8:00am-3:00pm
When you work your Saturday you will be off that Wednesday
This scheduling allows you to consistently have 4 days off in a row!

$20 per hour base pay plus bonuses
Bonus structure:
$10 per IV upsell
$10 per microneedling add on upsell
$20-$30 per membership sign up
Potential to increase hourly pay is infinite since there is no limit on bonuses!

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and turning over treatment rooms efficiently between clients.
- Provide support to providers during treatments and consultations.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and checking clients in and out.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all clients.
- Handle client inquiries and provide information on services offered.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
- Collaborate with the team to support the overall success of the spa.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office, spa, or similar environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Proficiency in using office and scheduling software is a plus.
