344 Beauty Bar is hiring an individual to handle outbound Marketing and sales at our medical spa. This person will be responsible for developing and executing outbound marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase brand awareness. You will focus on generating leads, creating marketing campaigns, and building relationships with potential clients through various outreach methods.
Key Responsibilities for outbound marketing:
- Outbound Campaigns: Design and implement outbound marketing campaigns, including cold calling and email outreach to generate leads and attract new clients.
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential client segments and target markets. Develop and maintain a database of prospects for effective outreach.
- Content Creation: Create compelling marketing materials, including email templates and promotional content, tailored to resonate with target audiences.
- Event Promotion: Coordinate and promote special events, promotions, and offers to drive client acquisition and engagement.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of outbound marketing activities. Track key metrics such as lead conversion rates, response rates, and campaign ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management to ensure alignment of outbound marketing efforts with overall business goals and strategies.
- Client Engagement: Follow up with potential leads and prospects, nurture relationships, and guide them through the sales funnel to conversion.
Sales consultant Job Description:
Job Summary: The Medical Spa Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales and building client relationships within our medical spa. This role involves educating clients about our services and products, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations to meet their aesthetic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Client Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Conduct consultations and Emage with all new clients to understand clients' aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Make sure that all Cosmetic Interest sheets are filled out and uploaded into clients EMR file.
- Checking out clients as they are leaving and discuss future treatments. All new clients must have a two week follow up scheduled.
- Present and sell medical spa services, packages, and products effectively.
- Follow up with all new injectable clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs. This can be done 7-10 days after treatment was performed for toxin clients and 1-3 days for filler clients. Microneedling, Plasma Pen, Laser, Cool Peel, CO2 clients need to be contacted the next business day to ensure they are satisfied with treatment and not having any type of adverse reaction.
- Product and Service Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all medical spa services, products, and promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide clients with the latest information and recommendations.
- Client Consultation and Education:
- Perform thorough consultations to assess clients' needs and objectives.
- Educate clients on the benefits and potential outcomes of various treatments and products.
- Provide accurate information and answer clients' questions to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Sales Targets and Performance:
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and targets. Everyday you will need to strive to hit 5k. You will need to print reports to form leads to call if there is no injector or if you see by 1:00pm that we are not going to hit 5k that day. Be prepared for days without injector, start lining up consults at least three days before.
- Monitor sales metrics and performance, providing regular reports to management.
- Implement strategies to increase client retention and attract new clients and to convert clients.
- Administrative Duties:
- Schedule client appointments and manage bookings efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.
- Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
