We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and providing exceptional customer service to patients.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments and update necessary records
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication efficiently
- Assist with health information management tasks
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
*Experience*
- Proven experience working as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using phone systems and electronic health record systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
