We're on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Esthetician to join our team on a full-time basis at MOD Facial.
Our Estheticians offer a combination of relaxation and results driven facials, acne treatments, and chemical peels to our clients.
They must possess a thorough knowledge of the skin, have excellent facial and hand/arm massage, strong pressure, as well as skin extraction techniques, possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in our spa’s specific facial treatment offerings.
You must be an excellent communicator and have (or be willing to gain) knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness and beauty solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
What’s In It For You?
You will receive one on one “on the job” training. You will learn modalities such as: Hydrapurge, Hydrabrasion, Microdermabrasion, LED therapy, Ultrasonic, Microcurrent, Oxygen Facials, and Chemical Peels.
You will learn advanced knowledge on the treatment of Acne. You will also learn about skin care product ingredients and overall product knowledge. You will learn what products work best for various skin types. If in the future, you choose to leave will have gained the skills to be a knowledgeable and reputable Esthetician.
Pay
SUPER Competitive Pay starts out at $10 per hour + 10% Service Commission + Product commissions + Tips. Our service providers typically make around $40 - $50 per hour combined.
Schedule
We are open Tuesday – Saturday 9AM – 8:30 PM and Sunday 12PM – 6PM. If you cannot work on
Saturday & Sunday, please do not apply.
Education
- Must hold and maintain a current State license.
Experience
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge.
- Must be a team player.
