SKN BAR Rx is hiring a Laser Technician/Medical Aesthetican to join our team at our beautiful Shorewood location.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Comprehensive in-depth knowledge of all of treatments, procedures at our practice and effectively educate patients about all service offerings.
- Confidently and knowledgeably educate patients on recommended retail skin to maintain results at home.
- Create and execute a customized treatment plan for each client based on the client consultations.
- Evaluate client’s suitability for treatments while managing expectations and maintaining protocols.
- Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client, various administrative tasks as required to ensure proper clinical/medical documentation of each client.
- Generate a welcoming environment for all patients, team members, and business partners.
- Demonstrate concierge-level service as well as expertise to exceed patient expectations in order to develop relationships that will result in repeat business.
- Actively recommend, promote, educate and sell medical aesthetic services, products and skin regimens as well as perform professional grade facial treatments.
- Sustain proficiency through continuous education and trainings.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest medical spa products and services.
- Mandatory adherence to universal precautions guidelines due to exposure of bloodborne pathogens to ensure safety of clients at all times when performing treatments.
- Follow all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
- Recognize and support team goals and create and maintain positive relationships with team members.
- Consistently contribute to maintenance of a respectful work environment.
- Participates in networking events, educational seminars, community activities, location events on behalf of the business.
- Inventory control of products and supplies.
- Ability to work days and evening hours, including evenings and weekends on a regular basis that accommodate patient needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with laser treatments. Operating the Sciton HALO laser, BBL (broad band laser), and Moxie.
- Current Wisconsin Asethetician License
- Minimum of three years experience in the MediSpa Industry
